The quote signed without printing
The customer opens the link, reads the quote and your terms, types their name and approves. You are notified in the software and on your phone.
Invoices without retyping
The invoice takes the ticket, the parts sold, the credit note used and the warranty. It is e-mailed or printed from the payment window.
Frequently asked questions
Can an issued invoice be changed?
No, as for any invoice. A mistake is corrected with a credit note, issued in one click.
Does the customer need an account to sign?
No: they open the link, type their name and approve.
Am I notified when the customer signs?
Yes, in the software and on your phone if you have turned notifications on.
How long does the quote link stay valid?
Seven days. Sending it again creates a new link and cancels the previous one.
