3. Role of the platform
The platform acts as the shop’s technical provider. It does not perform the repair, sells no item and is not a party to the contract between the Customer and the Repairer. A request sent from a shop’s website is passed on to that shop only.
4. Digital services: points of contact and notification
In accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services, the publisher designates a single point of contact, reachable by electronic means, for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services on the one hand, and for recipients of the service on the other. contact@fixara.fr
In accordance with Article 16 of the same Regulation, anyone may report content they consider illegal on this site. A sufficiently precise and substantiated notice is acknowledged, examined diligently and non-arbitrarily, and answered with a reasoned decision sent to its author. Contact
The publisher uses no fully automated moderation: any decision to remove content, restrict it or suspend an account is taken by a person.
5. Mediation and disputes
A consumer Client may use a consumer mediator free of charge, after first submitting a written complaint. The competent mediator’s details appear on the intake form and on the invoice issued by the Repairer.
