Repairer terms

Last revised : September 26, 2026

1. The parties

These terms bind the platform and the independent professional repairer who uses the software, the website and the online shop it provides. They do not govern the relationship between the repairer and their customers, which is subject to the repairer’s own terms.

2. Status of the repairer

The Repairer is an independent professional: neither an employee, nor a franchisee, nor bound by exclusivity. They keep their trading name, their clients, their prices and their freedom to work with whoever they choose, including other platforms.

3. Registration requirements

Carry on a declared repair business, be of legal age and hold a valid business identification number. Professional liability insurance is required.

4. Quality and timeframe obligations

The Repairer honours the quote given and the timeframe announced, issues an intake document on receiving the device, and goes beyond the quote only with the client's agreement. They guarantee their labour and the part fitted.

5. The shop’s website and online store

Depending on the plan, the repairer has a website in their own name, where they publish their prices, receive quote requests and can sell items from their stock. These requests and orders reach them only. Online payment for an order is collected directly on their Stripe account, with no commission for the platform.

6. Subscription and payment

Use of the platform is billed as a monthly subscription, with no minimum term. No commission is taken on the repairer’s repairs or sales.

7. Point-of-sale software compliance (France)

The publisher issues to every workshop established in France, on request from their account, the individual certificate provided for in Article 286 I 3° bis of the French General Tax Code. It certifies that the software’s point-of-sale features meet the conditions of inalterability, security, retention and archiving of data. The repairer must be able to produce it during a tax audit: failure to do so is punishable by a €7,500 fine per software. The certificate covers the software, never the use made of it: it does not cover the accuracy of the amounts entered, nor the repairer’s own reporting obligations. Workshops under the VAT franchise scheme, those invoicing professionals only, and those established outside France are not subject to this obligation; the certificate remains available to them on request.

8. Differentiated treatment

The platform runs no repair shop and therefore offers nothing that competes with the repairers. All repairers enjoy the same terms for the same plan, regardless of seniority or volume.

9. Access to data

The repairer can access the data they generate at any time: customers, repairs, documents and history. They can export it, including after cancelling their subscription. The platform makes no commercial use of it for the benefit of a competitor.

10. Suspension

A suspension is reasoned and communicated on a durable medium, before it takes effect or at the time it takes effect. The reasons are stated so as to allow the Repairer to understand what is held against them and to contest it.

11. Termination

The repairer can cancel their subscription at any time, without notice or fees. The platform may terminate only with at least thirty days’ notice and a statement of reasons. This notice does not apply in case of a legal obligation or serious repeated breach.

12. Changes to these terms

Any change is communicated on a durable medium with at least fifteen days' notice, or longer where technical adaptations are needed. The Repairer may terminate before it takes effect. This period does not apply where a legal obligation requires otherwise or an imminent risk must be averted.
