The site publisher is the controller of data collected through the platform. The Repairer is in turn the controller of data processed within their own business.
2. Data collected
Identity and contact details, the device and fault described, the service address, exchanges relating to the request, and the technical data required for the service to work. No data is collected without need.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is used to perform the requested service (performance of the contract), to meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation), and to keep the platform secure (legitimate interest).
4. Retention periods
Account data is kept for the duration of the relationship, then archived for as long as legal obligations require, notably accounting ones. Beyond that, it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Recipients and processors
Data is neither sold nor transferred. It is passed to the chosen Repairer, limited to what they need, and to the technical providers essential to the service: hosting, payment, email delivery.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country. These rights are exercised through the contact form.
7. Security
Exchanges are encrypted, passwords are never stored in clear text, and access is limited to what is necessary. A device handed over contains personal data: the Repairer accesses only what diagnosis requires.
