We bring your data over from your old software

Switching software should not cost you your customer file. Your customers and their history, your catalogue, your stock and your suppliers are imported from an Excel or CSV export. And if you need it, we guide you from start to finish: just ask our support. It is included in the subscription, whatever your plan.

Invoices already issued in your old software are not recreated: they stay there, and your Fixara numbering starts clean.

You repair, the software writes

One repair, from start to finish.

Here is everything that happens between the moment the customer puts their device on the counter and the moment they leave with it fixed. Your part: open the ticket, repair, take payment. The rest writes itself.

Customer · youIntake, at the counter

Brand, model, fault, condition on arrival, accessories left, unlock code. The intake form fills in as you go and is signed on your screen, with the customer in front of you.

AutomaticThey leave with their link

Their intake form goes out as a PDF by email, with a tracking link. They can see where their device stands whenever they like, and stop calling to ask.

Customer · if neededThe quote, signed online

You find something else: you send a quote, they type their name on their phone. Name, time and address are kept. No phone call, no misunderstanding, no free work.

YouYou repair, the part leaves stock

You tick the part you fitted: it is deducted. It appears neither on the invoice nor in the price. That is your stock, not the customer’s business.

AutomaticThe device is ready

The customer is told by email as soon as the ticket turns to « ready ». And devices left sleeping on the shelf are chased on their own, without you thinking about it.

You · fifteen secondsTaking payment

Amount, payment method, credit notes, vouchers and loyalty points ticked in front of the customer, warranty set. The invoice goes out numbered, in Factur-X format, with the receipt.

No invoice to type, no reminder to remember, no notebook to keep. You repair, the software writes. It is the same journey on all three plans.

Everything, line by line

Nothing in small print: exactly what each plan contains today.

The table slides to the left to show all four plans. The column of labels stays in place.

The questions we get asked

Everything worth knowing before you start.

Which plan should I choose?

Workshop, to run your workshop without leaving anything to a notebook: repairs, customers, invoices, till, stock. Workshop + Website, to be found online, show your prices, receive requests in the software and work as a team. Several shops or a franchise: Franchise & multi-shop, on quote.

Can I change plans along the way?

Yes, at any time, up or down, from your subscription page. The difference is prorated on your next bill: you only pay for what you use.

Does the free trial include the website?

Yes. For 14 days your website is open along with everything else: online price list, quote page, website requests. No bank card is asked for when you sign up, and you choose your plan at the end of the trial.

Am I tied in?

No. No commitment, no setup fee. You cancel in one click: the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for, then stops. Your data stays yours and stays exportable.

There are several of us in the workshop, how does that work?

From Workshop + Website, multiple users are included: each team member has their own account, with their own role. The Workshop plan is designed for one person.

I have several shops, or a franchise.

That is the Franchise & multi-shop plan, on quote: several shops, each with its own till, invoices and customers, central administration, help with getting set up and terms tailored to your organisation. Our team switches it on after a conversation: ask to talk to an expert.

How do my customers pay me?

As they do today, at the workshop: cash, card, bank transfer or cheque. If you connect your SumUp terminal, every card payment finds its invoice on its own. Your customers’ money goes straight to you, it never passes through us.

Is electronic invoicing included?

Yes, on all three plans, with no option or extra charge. Your invoices come out in Factur-X format, European profile EN 16931, and travel through a platform approved by the French tax authority.

Are text messages included?

No, they are the only thing bought separately: every text message costs something to send. You top up when you need to, from €9 for 100, and they never expire. Emails to customers are included.

Can I sign up if my registration number has not come through yet?

No, and that is deliberate. The number is required when you sign up and checked against the national business register: an unknown number, or a closed establishment, is refused. It would be asked of you straight afterwards anyway, so that your invoices are valid.

Does my data belong to me?

Without ambiguity: yes. Your customers, your repairs, your history, your accounts. You import your customer file and your catalogue from a spreadsheet, and you can export everything whenever you want, including after cancelling.
