Stock moves by itself
A part declared on a repair leaves stock when the device is handed back, without appearing on the customer’s invoice. An accessory sold at the counter leaves at the sale. Every movement stays in the item’s log.
The real cost of each part
Each batch entry updates the item’s average cost. The cost is frozen at the moment of sale: a more expensive restock tomorrow does not change yesterday’s margin.

Can I bring my current catalogue?
Yes: drop your Excel or CSV file, the columns are recognised and you see the items before saving them.
Are prices with or without tax?
Both can be typed: one calculates the other, and the margin shows live.
Does the fitted part appear on the customer’s invoice?
No: it leaves the stock, but the invoice only shows the repair sold.
And protection cut on demand?
An item can have unlimited stock: it is never counted down or flagged as out of stock.
Is an item reserved online flagged at the till?
Yes, so you do not sell at the counter what a customer has already reserved in your online shop.
