What Fixara does not do
- Invoices already issued in other software are not recreated: they stay with the old provider, and Fixara numbering starts clean.
A messy file stays readable
A title on the first line, headers further down, a phone number missing its leading zero, the same customer on several lines: the import sees it and tells you. Two people with the same number are never merged.
Frequently asked questions
Are my past invoices brought over?
No: an invoice issued elsewhere stays in its original software, which must keep it. Customers and catalogue are brought over.
What happens to duplicate customers in my file?
They are matched, and two different people with the same number are never merged.
What if my file has a title and headers further down?
The header line is found automatically, and you can correct a column before saving.
Can I get my data back if I stop using Fixara?
Yes, the export gives your customers and catalogue in the same columns as the import.
